PRICES

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars ($AUD), and are subject to change without notice.

If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order placed at the incorrect price.

For international orders, any additional country-specific duties, fees and/or charges incurred are not included in the listing or postage price, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Rhiannon Wright Art does not collect or pay these fees.

SECURE PAYMENTS

We accept secure payment via PayPal and Stripe. We accept Visa, MasterCard as well as PayPal payments. Credit card purchases are handled via the Stripe payment system to ensure safe and secure payment.

Orders are shipped after payment is received in full into our account. Some payments sent via Paypal make take several days to process. We will not ship your order until payment has cleared in full.

DELIVERY

Please ensure that the delivery details entered during checkout are correct. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided to us by you. Shipping charges will apply for orders that have to be re-sent due to incorrect details provided to us.

DESCRIPTIONS AND COLOURS

All items for sale are described and photographed as accurately as possible, however we cannot guarantee that all product descriptions are current and error free. The colours shown are representational only. Actual colours on finished pieces may vary from colours displayed due to the handmade nature of each item.

Please note that due to the different settings in monitors the colours might also vary slightly from what you see on your computer screen.

PRIVACY POLICY

Any information you provide to us will be used for processing your orders, sending order information and, if you opt in, email marketing and surveys.

We may use third-party service providers to help us operate our business, site or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. We may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes, provided that you have given us your permission.

When you browse our store, we automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about what products you like and your general activity on the site. We use this information to help us improve our customer experience.

With your permission, we may send you periodic emails about our store, new products, events and other updates.
